Miranda Moroz (she/her) is a multi-media storyteller from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Since graduating from the University of Winnipeg’s film production program, Miranda has gained experience professionally in both creative and organizational roles. Most notably, she ran the UWPG Film Festival for three consecutive years from 2019-2021. In addition to her role as a festival director, she has written and directed theatrical true crime adaptations for The Manitoba Mystery Company, and worked as an assistant director in the indie film scene in Manitoba, most notably, on Arutinae (dir. Erin Buelow | 2019). 

Over the past several years Miranda has been working with the team at Farpoint Films as a post production coordinator and online editor. She has gained experience working on multiple TV shows such as Ancient Bodies: Secrets Revealed, One Way Mirror, Ghosts Off Grid, and Almost Unsolved.

When Miranda is not working on television productions, she spends her time crafting worlds as a hobby world builder and cartographer. As well, she enjoys facilitating narratives in the collaborative oral storytelling space as a Game Master for Dungeons & Dragons Fifth Edition, which she plays weekly with her closest friends.
