Aberdeen will have its world premiere at the 2024 Toronto International Film Festival as part of the Discovery programming.

The Indigenous-led drama follows an Indigenous woman who is forced to relocate to Winnipeg as a climate change refugee, where she must come to terms with generations of trauma within her family.

Co-written and co-directed by Ryan Cooper and Eva Thomas.
