Manitowapow is a documentary portrait of Manitoba, illustrating the spirit of interaction between humans and nature throughout the province. Using stop motion photography and other techniques, Director John Barnard creates a visual time capsule in harmony with a stirring original soundtrack by composer Mitch Dorge.
